You need to activate it either with a different SIM card or via Wi-Fi, something like that. They shared my internet connection from another phone, and everything activated quickly. I bought an e-SIM and received the installation file with the QR code for my iPhone. I installed everything quickly, the internet is flying, everything is simple and convenient. I also bought a Xiaomi T12 for my mom, who unfortunately doesn't support e-SIM technology. We contacted technical support and asked for the reservation number and the name of the service provider where we purchased it, as the SIM wasn't activated. We received a refund. A button appeared at the top of the order form that I had to press within 30 minutes to request a refund, followed by a button to cancel the reservation. Thank you very much for your convenience and solution.


