The guide was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and kind. She genuinely wanted us to have fun while exploring. She also encouraged us to ask questions and engage as a group, for example by sharing stories. The only thing that could be improved by the company is to have louder speakers, because the sound gets lost while standing near busy streets.★
