Mateo was our guide and he was fantastic! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to see the entire process of making the cheese and he explained every step. At the prosciutto portion, Claudio and his wife made us feel like family. The prosciutto melted in your mouth. It was delicious. The balsamic vinegar tour was nice. I never would have thought of putting vinegar on ice cream. It was a great experience.

David was a wonderful guide. We learned so much on this tour. I am so glad I took so many pictures because I would have forgotten a lot of it. I would definitely recommend this tour.
