Reviews: Australia - Uluru Ayers Rock Camel Ride [Sunrise & Sunset Views + Multiple Time Slots Available + Hotel Pickup & Drop-off + Professional English Guide + Optional Snack & Drink Itinerary]

I finally got to ride a camel on a sunrise tour 🐫☀️ The staff were really nice and took lots of photos with Ayers Rock in the background, making it a truly enjoyable experience! There was also a baby camel, which was very cute. There were also cows in the back, which made me very happy as I love cows! On the way back, I realized I had left my water bottle at the ranch, so they took me back to the ranch. I was planning to walk back from there, but they said, "Come on in😄" and took the trouble to drive me back to the hotel, which I was really grateful for 😭 Thank you so much!

Riding a camel was a truly special experience! The camels here are very well cared for. Each and every one of them was receiving meticulous attention. I booked the sunrise point, but it was really cold in August. Make sure to dress warmly and bring hand warmers!!
Reviews: Australia - Uluru Ayers Rock Segway Tour to Watch Sunrise and Sunset [With Chinese/Mandarin Headphones/English guide+ English Training + Optional Hotel Pickup]
Guest User2025-06-20
I booked a Segway sunrise tour on Ctrip. The departure time was confirmed in advance via a confirmation slip, depending on the sunrise time. We met at the hotel entrance around 6 AM and boarded the bus to a viewpoint near Uluru to watch the sunrise. Breakfast was included, featuring coffee, milk, croissants, muffins, and cereal. Only the coffee was hot; don't expect a hot breakfast outdoors in the cold weather, but the atmosphere was unique. As the sun rises, Uluru displays different colors and luster. After watching the sunrise, we went to the Segway. The guide first instructed everyone on the correct use of helmets, knee pads, and wrist guards. Next, he taught us how to control the Segway. Finally, we practiced in a small training area, receiving one-on-one instruction on forward, backward, turning, and stopping. It wasn't difficult to learn. During the tour around Uluru, the guide introduces the various attractions, plants, and stories in English. For those who don't understand English, a Chinese audio guide is provided, which plays automatically at each site. A close-up view of Uluru allows you to clearly see the erosion patterns on the rock surface, ancient caves, and unique flora and fauna. Finally, there's a short hike to see Mutitjulu Waterhole, one of the few permanent water sources around Uluru, which maintains water even during the dry season.

We really enjoyed the activity; we were with Sebastian, Syd, and Charlie, and they took great care of us. Dinner was delicious, and we had a beautiful view of the Uluru sunset.
