This was a five-day trip. We explored Hanoi city, the western part of the country, and Ninh Binh in the south, including some mountainous areas, and the signal was excellent throughout. Ironically, other people around me who bought eSIMs from different providers found their speeds plateaued at 500MB/s (they all bought 1GB/day plans), while mine remained at the usual speed. I'd definitely buy from this provider again next time I go to Vietnam.

We use an eSIM—the internet is fast and stable. We connected without any problems, everything worked right away. Very convenient, I recommend it.

Easy to install. Convenient to use. Good signal. Works well even in many places. There is a link to check how much you have used. Recommended. No need to put in a SIM card, it's a hassle.

I purchased this for a 7-day trip to Hanoi. I installed the eSIM card in advance and was able to use it immediately after arriving by simply turning on roaming. I have an iPhone 16 Pro. I didn't need to use customer support, so I'm giving it a 3. As for convenience, I used to have to swap SIM cards, but switching to the eSIM worked without any problems and I no longer have to swap SIM cards, so I'm giving it a 5. The signal strength was generally good, with some areas being 5G and others dropping to 3G. The speed was occasionally slow, but it wasn't that inconvenient, so I'm giving it a 4. The price is reasonable, so I'll definitely use it again next time.

I ordered two eSIM cards. One for me and one for my wife. For some reason, the connection didn't work in China, which was disappointing at first. Then it turned out I needed to enable roaming in the SIM card settings (iPhone 17). And I got a connection in the Philippines. The reception is pretty good, you can even make video calls.
