The connection worked almost immediately at Cam Ranh Airport (Vietnam). The connection quality was excellent, which was very helpful when using maps on my smartphone.

Internet has been reliable and good connection even at the island, fast enough(about 40mb/s) and data is plenty for my use. Lots of cheaper than other esims. Only thing was i put it on in different country before arriving, it show that it has connection but internet didnt work so i had to delete it and install again and then it start working. And once i have had to put airplane mode on and out cos the connection was lost but that help and start working again. Im gonna buy the same 9gb/day for next month allso.

For my trip to Hanoi, Vietnam, I purchased a 10-day, 20GB e-SIM. The deciding factor was that it was a China Telecom product, which I had used before. I completed the e-SIM activation in Japan, and while waiting for my checked baggage at Hanoi airport, I switched the SIM, manually set the APN, and after turning airplane mode on and off a couple of times, the connection worked immediately. I was able to maintain a stable connection not only in Hanoi city but also while traveling to Sapa and on the bus during my Ha Long Bay cruise. Incidentally, the smartphone I used was a Sharp AQUOS sense 10. If you are using a Japanese Android smartphone, you will likely need to manually set the APN, so you should familiarize yourself with that procedure, but I was able to use it comfortably in Vietnam.

Easy to install. Convenient to use. Good signal. Works well even in many places. There is a link to check how much you have used. Recommended. No need to put in a SIM card, it's a hassle.
