I bought another one for a trip to Phuket. Installation was easy and didn't require anything special. If there's a problem, just check if roaming is enabled. The signal was good all the way, so I didn't need a complicated physical SIM card. Basically, every time I travel, I'll look for an eSIM on trip.com. Customer service is also very responsive.★

Although the setup was a bit tricky due to Thailand requiring passport information, the signal quality and usability are excellent. Plus, you don't have to pay 700 or 800 baht for the same line and features at the airport 😄★
