Overall, a lovely and relaxing experience. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant service. From 12:30 onwards, you can't say you can eat until 2:30... You have to tell them to book right away, which we weren't told. Small children diving into a thermal pool where people go to relax is a no-go... even though there's room for children.★

Alex was a very dedicated tour guide; he did everything he was supposed to do. The experience was great! I even bought some black vinegar paste from the old man's general store in Xi'anna – it tasted like time! Fantastic! 👍🏻
