The tour of Pisa was wonderful. Our tour guide was easy to spot at the meeting point, and the small group size made it easy to hear all her explanations clearly. The tour was well-structured, taking us through the Baptistery, the Cathedral, and finally the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We also had plenty of free time to wander around after the guided portion. Highly recommended for first-time visitors.

Great tour, excellent tour guide. She was knowledgeable and easy to listen to. She was informative but made it fun. She checked everyone was OK and answered questions. The climb up the leaning tower was lots of steps, so only do this if you can manage over 300 steps. The steps weren't steep, but in places the marble was a little slippery and worn and uneven. The climb was worth it for fabulous views over the city and the cathedral.

I used it when traveling to Germany, France, and Switzerland. It seems like you don't need to reserve a seat. I didn't, but I was able to sit down everywhere. This pass saved me about 20,000 yen, so I highly recommend it. Apparently, if you don't activate it before boarding, you'll be fined.

Beautiful and very informative! Our tour guide Claudia was a native Pisan and had extensive knowledge of the area and history. Glad I did this even when it was a rainy day. Really deepens your experience of Pisa!


