The tour was excellent. We first went to the Bardet Vignobles winery to start and one of the co-owners himself gave us the tour. He is obviously very passionate about continuing his family legacy there, which began early in the 18th century. They are organic growers and are committed to using only natural methods. They are creatively making wines in ways to capture new audiences, and the wines are delicious to boot. The tour continued in St. Emilion village, where the tour guide gave us tips on the best source for lunch. As we left town, he stopped at a bakery to get a pack of macorons for the group to share. We had a great time!★
