It was an amazing trip. I’ve seen amazing places and met lots of lovely people on the tour. I wish it had lasted longer. Among all the islands, the most beautiful one was Cowrie island.

We were a large group of 13 people consisting of adults, seniors and kids. Our pickup was smooth. Our tour guide, Marie had a vivacious personality and kept us entertained on the journey to the Underground River. Upon arrival, we were advised of the long lineups and recommendation to explore other activities like zip lining and the mangrove boat ride, which we did prior to the UR and it was totally worth it. Great experience overall!

The underground river tour was a wonderful experience. The guide was pleasant and helped with our child. We went on the tour with our two-year-old son. Everything went great! The river was magnificent! The only thing was that the lunch was a bit iffy; the food was unusual and there were no sanitary conditions, so we didn't eat it. Also, the tour time was exaggerated. We returned to the hotel at 2:00 PM. The tour was definitely wonderful, I highly recommend it! I should also add that our hotel was outside the free shuttle zone, so we paid an extra 300 pesos for two.

The service team is so nice and helpful. The operator was in constant communication with me, even the driver called me to carefully explain that he was going to be late because something had happened. The operator directed to their office which is right outside puerto princessa airport. He helped me carry my heavy backpack and let me take a nap in his office until the car arrived. The seats are spacious and very comfortable. The driver drove so carefully, he didn't speed at all. The view on the way is also very scenic and the sunset was breathtaking. I absolutely loved their service and highly recommend them. We made 2 to 3 stops to buy snacks and use the bathroom . The driver dropped everyone at their hotel.

You were taken to many different places and everything ran smoothly. The only thing that could be improved is on the what's not included section there is one stop where you need to hire a kayak 300-500, you can't visit the spot without hiring the kayak. There is also a 100 charge for a snorkeling mask a breathing tube but this one is optional as it doesn't have a major effect on the stops.


