I spent four days in Kuala Lumpur. I was able to connect immediately upon arrival, and I didn't encounter any problems during my stay. I was a little worried that 5GB wouldn't be enough since I planned to use social media and map apps as I would in Japan, so I opted for 10GB. In the end, I used a little over 5GB, but the price difference wasn't significant, so I think choosing 10GB is stress-free if you're staying for three days or more! It was my first time using Trip.com's eSIM, and I wasn't used to the screen display at first, but the chat support responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately, which was very reassuring. I will definitely use it again when I travel to another country!

By far the best value e-sim that I have used. 50gig has worked out perfect for the month. I’ll keep using. I’ve had zero problems with it and travelled around Bali without any signal drop. So overall pretty happy 😃
