I used it to attend an event. Searching and connecting was sometimes difficult in crowded areas, but otherwise I had no problems. Setup was easy. If you've never used an eSIM before, you'll need to understand that simply loading the card isn't enough, so you'll need to know which settings to turn on when you arrive and which mobile phone line to use. I haven't used customer service much, so I'm giving it a 4-star rating.★

Bangkok and Phuket sibeh crowded, sometimes the Wi-Fi will spin like sotong kena goreng. But if go ulu places with fewer people, the connection damn fast one.★

It just works. Even though the messages from the operator are confusing (some in Chinese, some in Thai, none in English), the service is great and if you install the Dtac app, you will be able to immediately see your usage. And yes, this esim does even have a Thai number with it, although no credits for calls with it, but still convenient if you need to receive authentication message from different apps that require a Thai number.★
