Reviews: Reykjavik: Golden Circle, Kerid, and Fridheimar Minibus Tour
Guest User2026-03-01
We loved the horse and greenhouse stop at Fridheimar, very unique. Tony was a great guide with lots of knowledge and stories about Iceland, Rejkavik, each landmark, the economy, developments. We loved that he made the drive so entertaining and smooth. Then at each stop we already knew all about it and didn’t need to follow him around. We walked at our own pace to explore each site, and he set the meeting point and time. Very punctual. Amazing.

This route was played last year. This revisit special choice of a small group with tomato farm. It is a worthwhile trip. The Iceland horse show, the farm shed display, the ice outside, the interior is warm like spring, everything is so clean and tidy, the staff is well dressed, generous and polite, Drinking delicious tomato soup with farm toast, happy and enjoyable, the harsh environment still strives to create a good home, this is Icelanders!

It was a bit of a shame that we had to wait 30-60 minutes before the bus showed up. Easy to get in touch with staff from the company. A bit stressful to get everything done, but fun to see as much as possible!

We had a wonderful trip. Not only do you get to see the iconic Golden Circle, you also visit a charming tomato farm and an ice cream shop with a direct view of the cows which the milk is from. You experience a lot without the tour ever feeling rushed. Our guide, Björn, was an outstanding and authentic guide, sharing many great stories about Iceland and the sights along the way. Pickup was nice and easy as well.
