It was a bit of a shame that we had to wait 30-60 minutes before the bus showed up. Easy to get in touch with staff from the company. A bit stressful to get everything done, but fun to see as much as possible!

There were too few customer service representatives, and it was often difficult to get in touch. When I did manage to reach them, things were relatively smooth. The local company's receptionist was incompetent; if I hadn't been closely following the pilot, I might not have been able to board. The scenery and flight experience were quite good.

Amazing with the guide who named "B', she provided a lot of photo skills for us during the bus and do it successfully. TBH, guides under the company are really really friendly and professional


