I recommend buying one upon arrival instead, as there's free Wi-Fi and it's easier to activate at the airport. After trying for a day, I finally got a signal and it was great. I used it in Gujarat, Udaipur, Jaipur, Agra, and Delhi.

We traveled to Mumbai and Augangabad. Cell service in city is pretty good except when we went to the cave area. However the last day before we left the service was slow with 4G. Overall is good.

Global esim was fast even in our layover in Bangkok. The Kazakhstan esim was also fast. I can even use it as a hotspot in my other phone. It was sure a good choice when you are traveling to different countries in a span of a week. Instructions in the app was also clear and it was installed immediately.

Although I didn't receive customer support, I was able to download it easily and connect to the internet without any issues. The internet wasn't slow, and I was able to use LINE and YouTube without any issues. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
