I used it on a 15-day trip from Osaka to Kyoto to Tokyo. 3 GB/day was enough for daily use of Google Maps, banking apps, taxi aggregators, messengers, and social media. Internet coverage was practically everywhere, but in Kyoto, in areas far from the city center, the connection dropped out or was weak (3G and E). In any case, I had no major issues using it. I recommend it to everyone.★
