Short and sweet. Good information, backed up with visuals and examples. Guide was enthusiastic and although sound system not working well, I could hear what she was telling us and in an interesting way. Tasting the various liquid stages was great reinforcement. Just a bit rushed at the end, due to another tour immediately following. Venue clean, safe and accessible.

Entertaining and very well presented . The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the visit very enjoyable. Loved the large variety of condiments and liqueurs to sample.

Very informative re the sugar milling and distillery and both tour guides were a lot of fun. It's a shame in this day and age that you can't look through the actual mill itself! A great tourist attraction for the region though with other exhibits in the Railway Reserve precinct.

Incredible experience both learning about Sugar's journey from cane to plate but even more the tale of the Anderson's. I walked away with such an appreciation for those who choose to live on the land and feed us all. Plus an understanding that those willing to do the work are getting fewer and fewer but the need is getting greater! Karinda is a wonderful story teller and my goodness does she have a story to tell! Don't miss this... Go to Cape Hillsborough in the afternoon afterwards.

Kellie was a fabulous guide!! We had extra time for some additional hikes which were beautiful. It was a lovely morning! The tour was organised and efficient, there wasn’t anything I would change!

This experience was simply magical but it wouldn't have been possible without Cherene, she was amazing! She made sure we would get on the beach on time and see everything from the right spot. She took pictures of us and also brought us to a beautiful lookout. She treated us to a nice breakfast, which we really appreciated. Overall everything was just perfect!


