After booking the tickets, no one contacted us. After receiving the email and taking a taxi to the address, we searched for 20 minutes but couldn't find the location of the photo gallery. The contact number in the email was a landline, and no one answered the phone. Luckily, a kind local lady led us for over 100 meters before we finally found it. We almost missed our stop! The whole tour group that guided us was very nice, and we even saw whales!★

Overall, this is a very good experience. Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Play helped us see a lot of Stanley Park that would’ve been difficult for us to see otherwise. Inside the coach was nice but seats were a bit small and a little hard. The real time bus tracking map was also very helpful so that we could plan our activities. Overall, a good experience that we would consider doing again.★

I had a good time, but really it's mostly taking you to the places and fending for yourself, especially the Whistler experience. Ryan is a good guide, but his instructions aren't to really show us the sites The Van ride was enjoyable and accommodating to our needs.Trip.com picks
