Everything Perfect. From the beginning to the end!!! The contact with Rena the organicer who offered us our privat driver because our Hotel was a Bit further Away Then the offered pickup. Guide, Zaine, was terrific. Took me to amazing Lombok Wildlife Park which was 2 hours from port. Had great interaction with orangutan. Then had nice lunch on beach and stopped at lovely village on way back. He spoke English beautifully and was accommodating and friendly.

The trip was very comfortable. There was air conditioning, comfortable seats with plenty of legroom, and no smell of gasoline in the cabin. If we were feeling a little cold from the air conditioning, we went out onto the roof to warm up in the sun (so be sure to bring a jacket and a cape). Water was provided. The boat is large, so the waves aren't as noticeable as on a smaller Lada. The website says departure at 9:00 AM, but in reality, you need to arrive at the company office by 8:00 AM, which is near the port, to pick up your tickets. It's best to wait in a cafe near the office until 9:00 AM until check-in closes. We all go to the port together, check in our luggage, and sit wherever we want. We set sail at around 9:40 AM. We arrived in Gili Trawangan by 11:30 AM. Overall, I recommend it.


