The accommodations were great, but because the itinerary was so rushed, I barely got to enjoy the so-called five-star hotels. I didn't even have time to go to the Hilton's pool once, and frankly, I didn't even have time to explore the hotel itself. The one-day shopping trip was incredibly frustrating; on the last day, I was just dumped in Patong, exhausted from all the shopping.

We've always chosen Ctrip for our family travel packages because we trust their brand and quality. This trip included elderly relatives and children, and the whole family returned home safely and healthily. Overall, we were satisfied: Ctrip offers good value for money, transparent information, a relatively reasonable itinerary, minimal shopping and no forced spending, and the hotel facilities were up to standard. We especially liked our tour leader, Zhuoma, in Shangri-La; she was very straightforward and enthusiastic, introducing us to many local customs and traditions. Our driver, Mr. Yang, drove safely and cautiously, without saying much, and provided excellent logistical support for the entire group. He worked very hard throughout the trip, and we are very grateful to him. However, I would like to offer some minor suggestions regarding this itinerary: 1) We hope the tour leader can carry a clearly visible sign to help the group find the group; 2) The quality of the group meals was slightly lacking, especially the buffet in Colorful Yunnan; 3) The flower market shopping stop at the last stop was really pointless. We had already seen and bought everything in the previous seven and a half days, and then suddenly we were taken to a dirty, chaotic market that sold everything. After patiently walking around for an hour, we immediately decided to go to the airport four hours early. I suggest having activities at *** on the last day, even if it means slightly increasing the tour price. Anyway, I still hope to choose Ctrip for future trips…
