The tour guide respects the decision of the tourists throughout the journey, and the itinerary is very well arranged. The hotel is also very clean. The luck is better arranged in a room with a balcony, but the balcony is a little dirty, and the balcony door lock is not very easy to use. The door is opened a little bit. It is a bit unsafe. The room number is 3206. I hope it can be improved in the future. Other places are very good, the hotel breakfast is also quite rich, in general, the holiday itinerary of Trip.com is still very good!

Booked a car service to the Stone Forest. Was allowed to bring our luggage with us, since we were staying nearby the airport that night. The tour company switched to a larger vehicle to have enough room for our luggage and 4 people. The driver was friendly and showed us how to purchase the tickets to the Stone Forest and where to meet him after we were done. Efficient day trip to the Stone Forest with excellent car service.

Had an amazing time with my daughter at the Stone Forest. The service team (both Joe and our driver Mr Lin) were friendly, professional and super helpful. Had amazing conversations with Mr Lin both to and from our location, making it a memorable trip. Car was clean, fresh and new. Can book with confidence that you will 100% be looked after when booking with the team.


