I have to give it a superb rating.
First, the customer service was warm and attentive. They patiently answered all my questions, were clear and thoughtful, and even helped resolve any minor issues I encountered along the way.
Second, the itinerary was very well designed. Due to the closure of some JR lines in Yamaguchi Prefecture, access to these attractions is extremely inconvenient, and independent travel is often extremely difficult, expensive, and laborious. This group tour solved my Yamaguchi travel dilemma, and the price was very reasonable.
Third, our tour guide, Director Mao, is from Shanghai and provided excellent service and explanations. Besides the three Chinese tourists in our group, there were also tourists from other countries, and he patiently explained everything in English.
All in all, this was my first time traveling with a tour group in Japan, and the experience was fantastic. I'll definitely consider a tour group for future trips to Japan. With a small group, it felt just like traveling independently, and I saved myself the hassle. A huge thumbs up.★

I didn't know that this time was a group when I booked, so that our itinerary is different from most other people. The tour guide may not have enough experience and can't arrange 2 routes at the same time, so there are always problems in scheduling the itinerary. Fortunately, the trip was completed successfully according to the original itinerary.
Anji has a beautiful scenery and is worth a visit~
The hot springs are purely artificial, and it feels great to step on the snow bubble hot springs when the weather is good.
Another point has to say, the lunch after the trip to Anji was at your own expense, the tour guide said that the group meal was faster and affordable, and the meal fee was 35 yuan per person. We didn't order, thinking about running to the restaurant to eat group meals to order our own food, who knows that the store's attitude is very poor, I feel that I don't want to do business at all, I feel that I only pick up the team business. Later we went to a restaurant next door to eat ourselves, and it turned out that we had local specialties and it was cheaper than the four people's group meal. Among them, several people who also met another group of table-making groups did not participate in the group meal. They said that they received 30 yuan for a group meal.
