I made the reservation after arriving in Siem Reap (the day before). After booking, our guide, Sarak, confirmed the pickup location, time, and advance ticket purchase details via WhatsApp, so I was able to arrive at the destination with peace of mind. On the day, I arrived with plenty of time to spare. After watching the sunrise, I was given detailed explanations of the history of the area as we toured the various sites, and I think he was a great guide. Mr. Sam and Mr. Moon from ASEAN tour were really friendly and helpful. It was a larger group of 14 people but we were able to get to all the tourist attractions in time.

An amazing day tour, very action-packed! We were picked up from our hotel on time in the morning. The guide, Kim, and the driver were very friendly. Kim provided a wealth of engaging information throughout the tour and spoke excellent English. The service was excellent – a refreshing towel every time you boarded the vehicle, unlimited drinking water, and a delicious and filling lunch at a waterfall! At the end of the tour, everyone received a gift, which was a very nice touch! I definitely recommend it, thank you so much!
