Very good fun and well organised. The activity was re-sited to Tenby because of sea conditions, so this isn't about Stackpole Quay. The instructors were nice. If I was going to suggest an improvement it would be that the instructors more clearly communicated with the group. Several times I couldn't hear the instructor's instructions, and there were numerous people at any time who didn't know what we were supposed to be doing. However, overall it was fun.★

Friendly and engaging instructors. Good introduction and stepped-training. Coasteering is a challenging activity and I recommend a good level of swimming fitness and overall physical strength to get the most out of it.
