The female staff member was very polite and spoke Korean slowly. Most importantly, she had a lot of items on hand, so the 20-minute shoot was fun. She also did some retouching, so I felt at ease. It was a great memory.★

The car pick-up, drop-off, and various charter services were excellent. The staff, Yuan Wei and Mr. Zhang, were truly dedicated to serving their guests. I hope to meet them again next time. They recommended restaurants and reminded us to be careful, and since I was traveling with my baby, they were very kind to the child. They also recommended a hotel for my next stay. Although the recommended restaurants and hotels were a bit pricey, the service and food were definitely worth it. I'll definitely use Ctrip again next time.★
