We had a great time; our guide, Amy, was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. With her smile, she helped us appreciate and savor Taiwanese culture. Throughout the day, she gave us tips and insights into the places we visited. I highly recommend the tour because it's a great way to explore the Taipei area.★

The original day tour was canceled and we were offered to change to a similar tour that has Jiufen, Shifen, and Yehliu as an addition. We were ok with the change. At the meeting place beginning of the tour, it was a little bit confusing since many tours meet at the same place/time. Make sure to know your tour guide's name. Our tour guide is Jerry Liao. He is friendly, professional. He gives good descriptions of the places we visited, recommendations on what to do, and very detail instructions on when/where to meet after free-time. Jerry speaks in both Chinese and English so everybody can follow along. I enjoyed the tour even though it seemed a bit rush since we covered 3 places in about 8 hours.★
