I visited the town the day after Cyclone Harry, which fortunately, given its altitude, didn't hit it. It's a little gem for its well-kept alleys, the view from above of Isola Bella, the buildings, the souvenir shops, and above all, the cannoli I ate there. Exceptional.

The trip was incredible- a real variety from the Greco- Roman ruins in Siracusa to the Baroque beauty of Ortigia and Noto. Alessandro our driver was fabulous- and a font of knowledge. He also let us set our own pace with plenty of stops for granita and gelato!
