Reviews: Mount Fuji Hakone Owakudani and Lake Yamanaka 1-day tour, with complimentary Owakudani cable car, optional small group pickup and drop-off
Guest User2026-09-18
A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. He arranged the itinerary and time reasonably and explained the precautions for sightseeing in great detail.★

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.★

Reviews: Japan Tokyo Mount Fuji six popular photo attractions 1-day tour - small group of 9 and hotel pick-up & drop-off optional

The itinerary was very well planned, and our guide, Xiao Wang, explained everything at each stop and even took photos for us. Lake Yamanaka, Lake Kawaguchi, and Oishi Park were all so beautiful. The weather was perfect when we went, and we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji. It was a truly worthwhile trip! I'm looking forward to going back again for a few more days so I can experience Fuji-Q Highland and the Hippo Bus.★

Great experience, the service was on time for pick up and drop off. However, it would be beneficial if the service could run late so tourist can enjoy evening tour / see night life on the bus.★

Everything was fantastic, especially our guide Victoria. She was so cheerful, fun, and full of interesting information for the tour. Honestly, she's the best guide I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would go back with her a thousand times! 🥰🥰🥰🥰★

Reviews: Limited deal | Tokyo departure | Fuji classic 1-day tour to Lake Kawaguchi and Oshino Hakkai

This isn't a tour in the strictest sense, and the description accurately reflects it. You're dropped off at the points so you can explore on your own. The guide is there to simply herd you like chickens and ensure you don't get lost along the way. Although they even told us a little about the places we visited. There was plenty of time for a basic introduction. The guides are incredibly kind. We had an older woman who was very, very sweet, and I'm glad they let the Japanese work; they're very proactive. 🙏 I'm writing this because there's a negative review below about older guides, and it really offended me. The description also states that free-range is basically just very comfortable transportation to the attractions, which can also include lunch. We were very pleased.
