The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!

Our Mount Fuji tour was absolutely fantastic! We stopped at several scenic locations, each offering amazing photo opportunities. Guide Lee Han-sang. This guy is awesome. One word. No, one letter. He's awesome. He takes pictures for us, and if you look at the pictures he takes, you'll see he's professional. He's very kind, and he arrives an hour earlier than the other groups, so it's easy to take pictures and it's not crowded. Of course, it was snowing so we couldn't see Mt. Fuji, but he was apologetic, even though it wasn't his fault... If I go on this tour again next time, I hope to see him again... Guide. Thank you. Mata Aimasho!

We went the day after the snowfall. The weather was great, incredibly beautiful, and the roads were clearly visible. However, there were pros and cons. We'd heard beforehand that roads were closed, so it took a long drive to get there. We were also disappointed to find out the cable car and boat were shut down. After returning to the tour, I requested a refund from the travel agency, which was immediately approved. The only downside was the long travel time. In normal, good weather, it would have been quite enjoyable. It's worth mentioning that driving in such weather was extremely difficult for the drivers; arriving safely was the most important thing.
