We had Jeff aka Mr Handsome as our guide. He was v responsible and contacted us a day before w details abt the tour. Jeff has excellent communication skills and is sensitive to the needs of the travellers. He made a slight change due to the weather and bcos of this we avoided the jams. He is very experienced and you feel v assured and relaxed throughout the whole trip. I could not find anything that really needs improving(maybe the potholes). One of the most excellent and knowledgeable guides we have come across through our many decades of tours. He never stops learning. I will not hesitate to recommend Jeff. We got to see our rafflesia and the desa farm was brilliant. The small hike at poring springs was enjoyable! Tqvm for a wonderful day and arrangements!

It was very far from city so better to join the tour bus if you want to see Mt. Kinabal. where is big and mostly covered with clouds. We were lucky that we could see the top of mountain in a while.

We had an excellent time rafting on the Kiulu River! Everything was well-organized and safe. The instructors were friendly, fun, and professional, making the experience both exciting and secure. The transfer service was also great—the driver/guide was very kind, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about Borneo during the trip. The lunch provided was delicious too! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and smooth adventure. Our rafting experience on the Kiulu River was fantastic! Everything was well-organized, safe, and fun. The instructors were friendly and humorous, making the trip easy and enjoyable. The transfer service was also excellent, and the driver/guide was very kind, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about Borneo along the way. The lunch provided was also delicious! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and safe rafting experience.

It was the most fun tour ever! We didn't encounter any crocodiles, but we got to see the blue mosque, and at the pink mosque, we saw what looked like college students happily singing karaoke in the parking lot. In the mangrove river, we passed by various people living in Kota Kinabalu, perhaps some who lived on the water. Our guide was highly skilled, fluent in British English and Chinese! He had a great sense of humor and a wonderful smile. The driver always bowed politely in return, and the food was delicious! The fire show was short, but even though it felt a little forced, it was still fun. We also enjoyed the sunset with everyone on the tour on what felt like a private beach. And yes, the other tour members were fantastic. We were able to interact with people from other countries in a friendly way, and we had so much fun searching for crocodiles, seeing monkeys, fireflies, and jellyfish (?). At first, my children didn't seem that excited about the tour when I invited them, but halfway through they kept saying how much they enjoyed it, and even after returning to the hotel, they kept sharing and talking about what happened on the tour. There were so many other fun-looking tours in Kota Kinabalu that it was hard to choose, but this one was a great find for us! I'm so grateful to our guide, driver, and all the tour members. Thank you!


