Our tour guide was a beautiful woman—professional, enthusiastic, and her explanations were very clear! She even helped us find my child's backpack, which was left in the zoo's restroom. When we returned to Hakata that evening, a colleague was already waiting to return it to us. The whole trip was well-organized, covering several important attractions—it was great! Much more convenient than exploring on our own! I'd definitely consider booking a day tour next time!

It was a great trip, much more convenient than taking the JR train myself. The driver, Xiao Jiang, was very nice and welcoming, and even offered us tea. Since we couldn't book the zoo bus, they drove us around. The zoo is great for kids, Jinling Lake is beautiful, and we had some more time to explore and eat.

It was a fulfilling trip that made my unplanned solo trip to Fukuoka shine. Even though I was traveling alone, I enjoyed being able to travel without feeling lonely thanks to Guide Yun-chan, who was like a friend! You shared great information whenever you had the chance, and above all, you were so kind that you will remain in my memory. I highly recommend this Beppu-Yufuin day trip! The entire experience was perfect, and a special thank you to our guide, Daisy! She was professional and thoughtful, the itinerary was well-planned and not rushed, and ample time was allocated for sightseeing and taking photos at each attraction. She also thoughtfully recommended local delicacies and offered tips on avoiding tourist pitfalls. She patiently answered all my questions, and the pace of the trip was relaxed and comfortable, allowing me to easily visit two of Kyushu's most popular destinations. It was an incredibly therapeutic and perfect trip, excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this company again next time I'm in Kyushu!

The tour guide this time was very nice. He proactively added me on WeChat a day in advance to provide some helpful information, much more attentive and friendly than the guide from Toekei Company I booked before! 👍👍 He explained that due to an accident, we couldn't go directly to the volcano, but after asking my opinion, we went back to the park in the moonlight instead. On the day of the trip, the guide adjusted the order of the attractions accordingly, first going to Kusasenri for a distant view of Mount Aso, which was very thoughtful. Although the stops at each point were short, everyone on the bus was very punctual. There was a light drizzle when we went to Kurokawa Onsen, which added to the atmosphere. 😍 This day trip to a remote area of ​​Kyushu was perfect for me; I really enjoyed it and will definitely book with them again next time. Thank you!
