I always use it when I come back to Japan during my trip around the world. It's easy to connect to the internet, so I can use mobile payments like Mobile Suica and Rakuten Pay.

Excellent SIM card. We used it in the UAE and Oman. We got the 1GB per day plan—it was always enough for both internet and navigation. Search doesn't work well in tethering mode, but social media works fine. It's very easy to set up, the signal is good, and we're completely satisfied with the service.

Perhaps due to the large number of people during the National Day holiday, the service level was somewhat lower than usual. Firstly, during check-in, I was told I'd get my room key at 2 PM, but when I arrived at 2:15 PM, I was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I went back and was told another 20 minutes. Finally, I waited 40 minutes before receiving it. Also, the set meal included fruit, but it hadn't arrived by 8 PM; I had to call to inquire before it was finally delivered. Furthermore, the dinner set meal I ordered was changed to a buffet (with limited selection) upon entering the restaurant.

Used in Argentina and Brazil, along with my layover in Dubai. It worked well all around. When I had a trouble with the signal, customer service was great to help.


