When in Laos, go with Unitel, strong signal throughout out our trip, even some signal at during our camping at Nongkiaw mountain top. YMMV, but for my experience, Trip.com offers the best deal as compared to other providers.

Signing up is very easy. The installation instructions are clear and straightforward; you can do it yourself without any hassle. However, the signal isn't very good while traveling in Laos. I could only get 4G with Singtel, which was slow. My girlfriend, however, signed up for the same plan and had better signal and smoother internet. If you want something easy, affordable, and reasonably priced, I recommend signing up.
