Bangkok is very traffic jam on weekdays, Trip.com arranged well, Bangkok on weekends. It is a group meal sometimes not enough. There is no forced shopping, there are many choices for self-funded projects, depending on personal economic conditions. The tour guide service is good. There are a total of 18 members and the number is right. Sheraton in Bangkok really likes it, the facilities are good, better than the hotel in Phuket.

The trip was good, all three places were pretty chill and had restaurants. However, we are supposed to have the e-ticket to show the person at the pier but trip.com didn’t provide one and the service provider also did not provide any. Hence, it made the initial meet up very challenging. There were 6 pier 1A,1B,2A,2B,3A,3B, however the meeting point didn’t state which pier exactly. Other than these, the day trip experience was good

Despite the unfortunate weather, we still enjoyed the tour. I recommend it if you have time to explore Venice. It's a half-day tour, but it feels much longer. The boat is surprisingly large, and the tour guide speaks five languages. I don't think the three-hour extension is necessary. Prices are high.

The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. This property is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would consider staying here again in the future.


