Bangkok is very traffic jam on weekdays, Trip.com arranged well, Bangkok on weekends. It is a group meal sometimes not enough. There is no forced shopping, there are many choices for self-funded projects, depending on personal economic conditions. The tour guide service is good. There are a total of 18 members and the number is right. Sheraton in Bangkok really likes it, the facilities are good, better than the hotel in Phuket.

The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very manageable. The hotel facilities were generally well-kept, and the common areas were clean and welcoming. While there is always room for minor improvements, the overall experience was positive and offered good value for the price paid. This property is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would consider staying here again in the future.

We took the tour during Carnival, which meant Venice was packed. Finding the right one among the three possible boat docks in Venice wasn't easy; you just had to ask around to find the correct queue. The weather was surprisingly good for February 2026. We had pleasant boat trips and even a private dock in Murano right in front of the glassworks. The time we had there before continuing on to Burano was just right. Everything went smoothly in Burano as well; the food at one of the fish restaurants was good and plentiful. They seem used to busy guests, as the service was unusually quick, so there was no stress until the return trip. The multilingual commentary on board was excellent and concise, both on the outward and return journeys. In short: we thoroughly enjoyed it.


