The Shangri-La's Sariah Hotel in Sabah was excellent. Since it was our honeymoon, we informed Ctrip customer service of our travel plans over the phone. Ctrip then notified the hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. The bed was covered with a large heart of roses, and the hotel's housekeeping manager had written us a greeting card, along with fruit and chocolates – very thoughtful! Thank you to Ctrip customer service for contacting the hotel so promptly; it added an unexpected surprise to our trip. I will definitely choose Ctrip again for my next independent trip; it's truly convenient and reliable. Thank you!

Are trip from started to finish was incredible. And driver Roman was an incredible guide full off knowledge and wisdom really made the trip enjoyable would recommend this to anyone.
