Awesome excursion. Can't compare to the ones you buy on the street. A boat with an inflatable slide, free SUPs. A delicious barbecue lunch. Decent masks, a shower, and a toilet on board.

The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.

It's been a while since we traveled as a family, and since our goal this time was to have a comfortable and enjoyable trip, we applied for Fast Track first to get out of the airport quickly, and then we ate delicious food and stayed at a nice hotel. Starting a trip with Fast Track is a must! Haha.

As rumored, the airport was quite crowded, and I thought that immigration would be relatively quick if I timed it right. In other words, even with the fast track service, you'll still have to wait in line. For departure, if you don't use the fast track service, even arriving at the airport three hours before departure won't give you enough time. Also, not only immigration but also baggage inspection is even more crowded, so I recommend purchasing a service that allows you to skip both. The difference in fatigue is far greater than the time saved. In the end, I'm glad I bought this.
