Tasting was excellent. Incredible to see the production process from start to finish and enjoy quite a variety of balsamic vinegars at the end across different foods! I would absolutely do this again with my wife and kids.β

Really.. Every moment was a perfect experience! First of all, he came to the hotel to pick up from dawn and gave me a glass of water! Really... attentive and thankful! On the way to the hot air balloon, he gave me a lot of information about Florence! Very informative π Also, I was a little worried because it was my first time in a hot air balloon, but I was able to ride without fear and not be nervous! If you apply for this tour, you will have a ecstatic and happy experience!! Watching the sunrise in the hot air balloon is a very special experience! π« π We were lucky to have only our family on the hot air balloon, but the family loved it so much! The hot air balloon driver is also witty and kind!! After riding the hot air balloon, we celebrated and bursting champagne and Tuscany local food made us even more buzzing ππ₯πΎ I want to come back next time π Special and happy for my family Thank you very much for making me full of memories β¨ππ» And thank you for taking pictures and videos with drones and good cameras πβ

Wonderful, enriching day trip. Lunch was delightful, more than expected, with a gorgeous view. Our guide, Davido, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, attentive and fun! It was amazing to be at Pisa for sunset, as the light was perfect. I wouldnβt change a thing. It would be hard, however, for folks with accessibility issues as there is a lot of walking and hills to deal with.β

The perfume masterclass was amazing. I had so much fun learning about perfume and creating my own. It was great to be able to create my own unique scent and the guides were very informative and helpful as well as hospitable. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who likes perfume!β

I received this class as a Christmas gift and it was the best day ever! It was my good fortune to be the only person registered and so had my own personal chef, Frederick, to guide me though the day. I am an experienced cook so he let me be hands on for most all of the process.
The market tour was very interesting to me and included the history of the market in Florence, food trends over time, the Florentine steak requirements and a food tasting. The Olive oils, truffles and moderna balsamic vinegar tastings were so different than the products we get in North America. What layers of flavour!
We made meat sauce, bechamel, tiramisu and lasagne noodles from scratch. I tasted local cheeses and a red and white Chianti. Because 1 person can cook more quickly than 20, I got to try a couple of filled pastas as well.
Everything was clearly explained and all my questions were answered. I felt like the class was tailored just to me. And the food was delicious. I have digital copies of the recipes and will definitely use them when I get home.
I appreciated my chef, Frederick, and the opportunity to learn to use new ingredients.ξ₯
