A great way to travel along the coast! After booking, they contacted us via WhatsApp, discussed all our preferences, and answered all our questions. We agreed on the itinerary. All the detailed instructions were on trip.com, but they also sent them to me via WhatsApp. I was warned that this wasn't a tour and that the driver would just drive us around the route and barely spoke English. But the driver was friendly and talkative, set up a translator app, and we chatted the entire way. He also pointed out interesting places along with the itinerary.

There are two pick-up points, Hongdae and Myeongdong. They will send an email to confirm before departure. There is no QR code or anything like that. Just go to the pick-up point and confirm with the staff on the list (because different travel agencies and different staff members work on the same bus, it feels a bit messy 😅). Everything else is very comfortable. The journey takes about 1-1.5 hours. For the return trip, just get on at the drop-off point.

We had the most amazing ski experience thanks to our tour guide CHUCK! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, smooth, and so much fun. As beginners, we felt safe, guided, and encouraged every step of the way. CHUCK was very patient, knowledgeable, and attentive — making sure everyone was comfortable and confident before going down the slopes. He didn’t just teach us how to ski, but also shared helpful tips, techniques, and little details that made the experience even more enjoyable. What I appreciated most was his positive energy and calm presence. It made such a difference, especially when we were feeling nervous at first! If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your experience and makes skiing both safe and unforgettable, I highly recommend CHUCK to be your ski tourguide.
