This was my first time participating in a Ctrip tour. I was satisfied with the aspects Ctrip could control, such as the service from the initial order specialist, itinerary design, hotel arrangements, transportation, and meals. The only downside was the mediocre service from the local guide in the UK. This might not be entirely within Ctrip's control, as the guide's personal biases played a role. However, it didn't significantly impact my overall tour experience. I would participate in Ctrip tours again in the future, partly to avoid encountering subpar guides every time, and partly because this experience has given me confidence in Ctrip's operational procedures.
