A professional tour guide. Besides providing expert commentary, they were also attentive to the needs of each group member. For example, they constantly inquired about the health and well-being of other elderly members and offered suggestions on alternative itineraries. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Xi'an! :)

I booked this tour only 2 days before and everything was perfect right from the start. I thought I had booked the pick-up & drop-off from our hotel as well, but that wasn't the case. One message and everything was arranged. On the day itself our driver was 10 minutes earlier and drove us to the Mausoleum. It was a very pleasant ride. He dropped us off right in front of our Guide Louis. What a wonderful, knowledgeable and professional guide! I cannot think of anyone better. As I am travelling with my 75 year old friend, he made sure the pace was accurate. We had enough time everywhere without the need of pushing ourselves through the crowd. We learned so much today! After the guided tour he accompanied us back to our driver. They both made this tour a pleasant and unforgettable one! The price might be higher than other tours, but Louis is worth your money so much!

We had a fantastic tour of the Terracotta Warriors and Xi’an, and Emily made the whole experience truly special. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly engaging, explaining the history of Xi’an and the different Chinese dynasties in such an interesting and easy-to-follow way that we learned a huge amount without ever feeling overwhelmed. The Pagoda and the Terracotta Warriors were absolutely impressive. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with our instructor, Xiao Gao, for explaining the history of the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Palace to us, and for his patient care, especially my mother, who was in a wheelchair and had difficulty pushing it and looking after her. My son is also autistic and sometimes noisy, but this didn't bother Xiao Gao at all; he was still very patient with us. Our family had a very enjoyable time, and we were very satisfied with the itinerary he arranged for us. Our driver, Xiao Lü, was also very helpful, recommending several attractions in Xi'an to us.

I visited the Terracotta Warriors before university started, and this trip was truly excellent value for money! Visiting during off-peak season meant fewer tourists and a much more comfortable experience. The itinerary was well-planned and paced, avoiding any rushing or exhaustion. The guide's explanations were detailed and thorough, demonstrating a deep understanding of Qin Dynasty history and the Terracotta Warriors' background. Their explanations were easy to understand, and I learned a lot of historical knowledge beyond what I learned in textbooks. Overall, it was great value for money, with worry-free service, and very student-friendly. I highly recommend this tour when visiting Xi'an.

We had a fantastic tour of the Terracotta Warriors with Mr Wang. He was punctual, picked us up right on time and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Mr Wang was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us heaps of background and historical context, but explained everything in a way that was genuinely interesting and easy to follow. He kept the tour engaging and energetic rather than just throwing dates and facts at us. He also went above and beyond by giving us plenty of recommendations for other things to see, do and eat during our time in Xi’an, which we really appreciated. A very informative and enjoyable day. We would definitely recommend Mr Wang to anyone visiting the Terracotta Warriors!
