Overall, the trip was great. The schedule wasn't too rushed, the daily driving time was short, and we had plenty of free time. It wasn't as cold as I'd imagined, and we saw all the snow scenery we wanted to see. The accommodations were also good, and the tour leader and guide were excellent. Two points for improvement: 1. When the tour guide speaks to us on the bus each day, it would be better if they faced us instead of turning their backs. 2. The hotel on the last night was terrible. The bathroom was extremely noisy, and it was far from the city center. Although they explained that they couldn't book in the city center because of an exhibition, I personally think we booked through Ctrip too late. If we had booked earlier, we probably could have gotten a room, or they would have mentioned it in the itinerary instead of offering a 100 RMB refund each at the end.
