From the tall cottonwood trees along the Virgin River to the wildflowers growing tenaciously between the cliff walls, and the open woodlands and shrubs on the higher slopes, different areas present distinct natural landscapes. Huge ochre-red cliffs tower on both sides of the canyon, reaching heights of hundreds of m, and when visitors stand at the canyon floor and look up, they often feel a sense of awe at being surrounded by mountains. Angel's Landing is a famous hiking trail in Zion National Park. The second half of this climb is tough, there are no railings to stop you, and all you can rely on is the chain in your hand. But in the more than one hour route, you can enjoy the changes of the scenery under your feet, and feel like you are surrounded by a canyon. And when you get to the top of the mountain, you can see the magnificent scenery below the mountain, and the excitement is beyond words. This is a beautiful place; photos can't fully capture its breathtaking scenery. If you want to choose Angles Landing, you need to book in advance. For beginners, other routes include: Emerald Pools, Weeping Rock, and Riverside Walk. We stayed one night and planned a two-day trip to the mountain, so we had plenty of time. It's definitely worth a visit!
