Annapurna Peak is Annapurna I, also known as Kutang Peak and Kutang Annapurna Peak. Annapurna I belongs to the Himalayas, located in the northwest of Nepal, and is very remote. Annapurna I is located at 83°49′14″ east longitude and 28°35′45″ north latitude.

Annapurna Conservation Area is a breathtaking sanctuary of mountains, forests, and vibrant culture. Trekking here feels like walking through living postcards, with terraced villages, prayer flags, and snowcapped peaks at every turn. The biodiversity is remarkable, from rhododendron blooms to elusive wildlife. Trails are well managed, and local hospitality is warm and genuine. Sunrises over the Himalaya paint the sky in unforgettable colors. Despite its popularity, the landscape retains a serene, spiritual atmosphere. Annapurna Conservation Area offers adventure, reflection, and deep connection with nature in one extraordinary journey. I try to go to Nepal once a year, mainly for trekking. I always do the Annapurna Circuit trek, which is one of the longest in Nepal. The Buddhist villages in the way are very impressive, but literally the highlight of the trip is the Thorung Pass, 5416 meters high. Go trekking in Nepal? Annapurna Circuit is a great choice!

Probably one of my favorite place for trekking Physically this trek is not so hard (ok, sometimes, because of the altitude, you gonna suffering a little bit ;) ), and must of the time you can choose between a trekking way (more interesting) and a dusty road (more easy). For the total circuit, you need more or less 20 days (including 2 days of rest), but you can also use jeep service (shared with other trekker to be cheaper) to reduce the trek to 6 days.
