The Bastione di Saint Remy in Cagliari is an iconic viewpoint and historical building in Sardinia's capital:

This is a three-story Spanish fortress, standing at the fortress northwest of the city center, used to defend against attacks on the ancient city. The ferry is in a very advantageous location, and there are buses going back and forth to get there directly.
