Grotta Zinzulusa
Hidden in Italy is a natural wonder—Grotta Zinzulusa. It is located on the coastline of Castro di Lecce and has become a place of exploration for countless nature lovers due to its unique geological formations, mysterious interior views, and stunningly clear seawater. At the cave entrance, countless massive stalactites hang from the ceiling like sharp swords, pointing directly at the sea surface. Passing through the narrow yet spectacular entrance, visitors enter the cave. Here, sunlight pours through the cave opening, refracting dreamlike light and shadows onto the turquoise seawater. Inside the cave, there are not only stalactites and stalagmites of various shapes but also a crystal-clear natural lake. The lake water connects with the seawater outside, presenting an incredible blue-green hue, like a giant piece of liquid emerald. Beyond the cave itself, the surrounding coastline is equally captivating. Sant’Andrea Sea Stacks
Along a jagged, pristine coastline near Melendugno lies Torre Sant’Andrea, also known as the Stone Arch. The stone arch appears beside these steep, whitish cliffs, emerging from the turquoise waters. The stone arch has also been awarded the Blue Flag by the Italian Environmental Protection Association. The beach is nestled in a small, rocky bay, filled with clear water, offering an unspoiled natural view. To the north and south of the bay, the crystal-clear sea radiates layers of green, creating a magical atmosphere. The seabed here is sandy. On the north side of the bay, after walking a few m on the rocks, there are some small, flat areas on the cliffs from which you can dive.
