Overall, the Yimeng Mountain Guimeng Scenic Area was quite good, with beautiful and pleasant scenery and basically complete supporting facilities. The only slight drawback was the slightly high ticket price. For a weekend family trip, its price-performance ratio wasn't particularly outstanding. In general, the beautiful scenery could temporarily make one forget the relatively expensive package ticket. However, it was quite regrettable that when I visited on September 26th, 2026, the cable car was still closed, preventing me from fully experiencing all the sights within the scenic area.

The experience was great. There were many exhibition halls and fossils, which the children loved. The museum service was excellent. We bought two children's tickets and one ticket code, but upon arrival, we discovered that children under 1.4 meters were admitted free of charge. After explaining this to the ticket checker, only one ticket was checked, and the phone indicated that a refund could not be initiated for the unchecked ticket. At the ticket window, we explained the situation, and after consulting with the curator, the staff had us register our information. The museum then contacted the platform and quickly processed the refund. After the refund, the museum even called to confirm. Very thoughtful service, thumbs up!

There are many types of hot spring pools, but not all of them are open. It is estimated that there are fewer visitors. The hot springs are built on the mountain, the air is good, and the mountain scenery is beautiful. There are wasps around the apple pool. It's scary. The service is quite considerate, and there are staff patrolling throughout the process. The free hot drinks are also very good. I didn't stay or eat in the hot spring hotel this time. It is recommended to go to the foot of the mountain and then come to the hotel for dinner. The boss is very enthusiastic. The taste is also good.

The natural scenery is delightful, and the little landscape features are quite unique! Because every step reveals a new view, the climb wasn't too strenuous! Near the summit, there's a fun-filled cloud-top park. It's very comfortable to rest here. You can sit down, pet the cats, gaze at the sky, and have a cup of coffee to recharge. The dappled sunlight under the trees, the white clouds floating in the blue sky, and the innocent laughter of children all around—it instantly makes you feel that life is truly wonderful.

The hotel is located within the scenic area and has its own parking lot. On our first day, they gave us snacks and drinks, and when we left, they gave us a souvenir—a copy of the Analects of Confucius. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and they upgraded our room for free. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and is a great place to stay when visiting the Confucius Temple, Confucius Mansion, and Confucius Cemetery.

Traveling off-peak, there were few people on the whole mountain. I tried all the projects. I liked the speed car going down the mountain and rafting the most. The children wanted to play a second time. Although the whole process was arranged without any legwork, it was still considered to be walking nearly 10,000 steps. It was a good exercise and a multi-experience. The camp on the mountain was also arranged very attentively. I like it and recommend it

The University Hall is the biggest highlight, nestled against the mountain with its magnificent architecture. The Seventy-Two Sages Corridor and the Hall of Benevolence, Righteousness, Propriety, Wisdom, and Trust unfold in layers, their exquisite bracket sets showcasing breathtaking Chinese aesthetics. The "Golden Sounds and Jade Resonance" performance blends light and shadow with music and dance, creating a captivating atmosphere and eloquently narrating the culture of rites and music. The park boasts tranquil mountains and waters, and its elegant nighttime lighting offers an immersive experience of traditional culture, making it well worth seeing.

The tourist attractions are all the same old-fashioned streets, filled with the same ubiquitous snacks and miscellaneous goods found all over the country. The key issue is, what kind of brain, instead of a prostate, designed the P1 parking lot? Such a huge parking lot with only one road leading out, and you crawl 50 meters in half an hour—is that even humanly possible? I will never come back.

When traveling to Shandong, this stop came to the Mengshan Scenic Area in Linyi City. I chose to climb the highest peak of the Guimeng Scenic Area. This is the highest mountain among the Mengshan Scenic Areas, with an altitude of 1,156 meters, also known as the "Top of Mengshan". Please note that the monument of "Top of Mengshan" is behind the Jade Emperor Hall and is parallel to the altitude monument. Go up to the Jade Emperor Hall from the stone steps in front of the altitude monument, and then go down from the back to the "Top of Mengshan" monument. Take a photo as a souvenir.
