Things to do in Sanya

The seawater around Wuzhizhou Island is still quite clear. After the summer holidays, there weren't many queues, making getting on and off the island very smooth. My child is still young, so we didn't try any water sports. The island's roads are still under construction, with a large portion of the ring road closed. The electric shuttle bus only had three stops when we went around the island. There's a fee for taking photos at popular spots. Prices on the island are generally high; the buffet seems to offer better value. Coconuts cost 20-35 yuan each, while they're only 5-6 yuan at the First Market. The best-tasting coconuts in Xinglong are only 8 yuan. There are many varieties of coconuts, and the ones on Wuzhizhou Island are both expensive and not very good.

We had an amazing time at the water park! On our last day in Sanya, we spent it at Atlantis Waterpark, and it was truly epic 🙌🏻🙌🏻. My daughter enjoyed every moment to the fullest. We can’t wait to come back again and again!

It's quite suitable for bringing an eight-year-old. The aquarium isn't big, and it wasn't too crowded. There were many kinds of fish, and the child had a great time. We also had a close encounter with dolphins.

I signed my sister up for two activities: snorkeling and speedboat ride. Unfortunately, the photo card for the speedboat trip burned, so we didn't get any photos. For snorkeling, I recommend bringing your own clothes and disposable towels; there are hairdryers in the showers. We even bought some photos as a souvenir.

A must-see attraction in Sanya. Although I have visited many temples, I was still deeply moved when I saw the white jade Guanyin statue by the sea. I felt completely calmed down. The Thousand Buddha Hall was even more breathtaking.

I visited three islands in Lingshui this time: Monkey Island, Daidai Island, and Fenjiezhou Island. To be honest, if you're not into water sports, I personally felt that Daidai Island was more photogenic than Fenjiezhou Island. Fenjiezhou Island does have some scenic spots, the island isn't very large, and the walking areas are short. The water quality is excellent, and there's a coral reef planting base nearby. However, overall, it feels more man-made and is more suitable for various water sports, such as shipwreck exploration, diving, snorkeling, submarine tours, and jet skiing. Daidai Island, on the other hand, is accessible by minibus, and the scenery and seawater along the way are exceptionally beautiful. If you could take a sightseeing train like in Otaru, Hokkaido, Japan, the scenery would definitely be even better than in Otaru. The local government should consider improving the tourist experience.

Standing atop the hilltop park overlooking the bay, with the sea breeze blowing, the fatigue of work instantly vanishes. The various attractions are beautifully arranged, perfect for a leisurely stroll and exploration.

The world-renowned Tianya Haijiao (End of the Earth) truly lived up to its reputation. Although it consists of just some rocks by the sea, its unique geographical location and romantic atmosphere blending into the seascape make its scenery truly extraordinary.

I've visited Luhuitou Scenic Area many times before, and this time I brought a colleague and a classmate to appreciate the beautiful scenery of Hainan Island! We also tried a fruit called bird's nest fruit.

Worth a visit, but it gets incredibly sunny if you get up late! The entire trip involves shuttle buses and sightseeing vehicles, so you'll still have to walk quite a bit. Therefore, be sure to allow plenty of time. The scenery is truly beautiful! 👌
