On the side of Highway 12, there are no signs and signs at the intersection. You need to ask the locals to find it. Elephant-Based Stupa Temple Today, only one elephant-based Stupa remains. The base of the bell-shaped stupa is surrounded by supports in the shape of 32 elephants. The elephants are made of bricks and decorated with stucco, but now they are badly peeled off. The Ramkhamhaeng Monument is located in the central area of Sukhothai, south of WatSorasak. Ramkhamhaeng the Great brought Sukhothai its heyday, and the monument is a bronze statue built to commemorate Ramkhamhaeng's great achievements. The bronze statue is twice as tall as the emperor's actual height, holding Buddhist scriptures in his right hand and lecturing to people with his left. The relief on the throne shows the great achievements of the emperor, and the emperor Ramkhamhaeng, who is loved by the Thai people, sits on the throne. The Great Emperor's expression is awe-inspiring but full of love, fully showing the legendary character of this great emperor.Sukhothai · 13km from downtown

Yintang Temple is located in the southwest of the pond in Sukhothai Historical Park. The Great Stupa is a typical Sukhothai-style building, in the shape of a lotus flower. Around the pagoda there are standing Buddha statues, which are lifelike and very vivid. Here, you can feel the ancient historical atmosphere of Sukhothai.Sukhothai · 13.5km from downtown

The temple was built in 1412 and is located in the central area of the ancient city of Sukhothai, south of the north gate of the ancient city. It is a Sri Lankan pagoda that was very common in the Sukhothai period. There are 24 white elephants on the base of the pagoda, and the entire pagoda is pulled up by 24 elephants. The perimeter of the temple is very empty, with a lawn. It is very quiet here in the morning, and the light here is very good in the evening, which is especially suitable for taking pictures.Sukhothai · 13.1km from downtown

Colorful Waterfall is located in Mae Deng District, Chiang Mai, and is a part of Mae Deng National Forest Park. The water source of the colorful waterfall is Rainbow Spring (or colorful spring), and the spring water contains a high amount of calcium carbonate. When the spring water falls, calcium is deposited on the rock, and calcium carbonate makes the rock surface less slippery, making it easy to walk towards the waterfall. Even if someone poured cement down the rock, it would harden underwater instead of setting on the rock. BuaTong Waterfall is a very worthwhile sight to visit. But don't come just for the waterfall, but also to see the beautiful forest.Thailand · Mae Taeng

Tha Phae Gate is located on the east side of the Chiang Mai Ancient City in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand, and is one of the iconic city landmarks of Chiang Mai, as well as an important entrance to the ancient city. It is built of red brick and features wide archways. Together with the surrounding remnants of the ancient city wall and the moat, it forms a Lanna-style urban view. The brick walls have a rustic color, and the architectural outline is simple. They complement the surrounding roads, squares, and trees, making it a popular spot for tourists to take photos. The gate seen today is not the original ancient structure preserved in its entirety, but a reconstruction.Thailand · Chiang Mai

At the Elephant Temple, you can see the stone inscriptions of King Ramkhamhaeng. The temple is surrounded by 36 elephants. It is said that it was built by King Ramkhamhaeng in 1285. A Ceylon-style bell-shaped pagoda stands on a square foundation. Take a minibus from Th Jarot Withithong Road in the old city, the fare is 20 baht, and the journey takes 30 minutes. There are bicycles for rent near the entrance of the park, about 40 baht per day.

It is located in the Sukhothai Historical Park, near the south gate. There is mainly a statue and a stone tablet recording his life. Since it is inside the park, you can take a look when you go there. There are also locals burning incense, but strangely, the staff of the scenic spot quickly removed the incense and took it away.

One of the best places to visit in Sukhothai. The sunset is the most appropriate time to visit the dam. It is about 10 kms away from the Historical Park.

The old city got its name because it is located beside the Silver Pond. There are four pools of water in the old city, namely the Golden Pond in the East, the Silver Pond in the West, the White Pond in the North and the Water Spinach Pond. Legend has it that when generals went out of the city to fight, they had to drink a sip of water from each of the four pools, namely the Golden Pond in the East, the Silver Pond in the West, the White Pond in the North and the Water Spinach Pond, to represent blessings and a triumphant return!

"Bua Tong Waterfall" in Bua Tong Waterfall National Park (Seven-Colored Fountain) A white, shiny limestone waterfall, a long path, almost 200 meters, with 3 levels in total, suitable for climbing and playing in the water (not slippery, easy to walk, there are ropes to hold on to all the way). It is not far from Chiang Mai city, only 52 km (about 1 hour). The route is easy and convenient. The asphalt road reaches the park. After breakfast, I took a taxi to Thapae Gate to take pictures. I took a few pictures by myself first, and then I saw someone who would take pictures for 100 baht and chase away pigeons for me. It was a great place to take pictures. After taking pictures, there are some drink shops nearby. If it is very hot at noon, you can also find a massage place to rest, walk around and take pictures. Be careful to protect yourself from the sun! The sun is still very strong.

Wat Mai is located southeast of the bronze statue of King Ramkhamhaeng. Only a dozen pillars remain. Looking at the size of the pillars, it must have been a large building. It was once a temple where Burmese monks lived. The secluded place is indeed a good place to live. Located in a corner of the central area, If it weren't for the tourist map, it would be easy to miss it.
