"Really nice hotel, everything you could need was includee and it was all clean. In a very convenient location with a supermarket to the right and the centre to the left. Also, views from the rooms were incredible and little noise disruption was experienced."

Guest UserThe hotel is a 5-8 minute walk from T3, with a decent-sized supermarket next door that's well-stocked. It seems to be quite popular, as 7-8 PM was peak check-in time, and I had to queue. The room was a bit small, and the facilities were basic, as were the beddings. However, the service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly throughout. The breakfast wasn't great. Also, Vienna Airport is actually quite close to the city center; it's only a 16-minute ride on the CAT train.

MystikaWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help (we ask for coffee for on the way and no hesitation to give us). Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and felt very welcome throughout our stay.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! 😊

e04936745The room ambiance and breakfast were both good, and it's quite close to the airport. The only downside is that Ctrip showed the airport transfer fee as 5 euros per person, but it was actually 15 euros per person, which is a bit expensive.

Nice hotel with free parking.
Staff are super friendly, with lots of smiling faces at reception and at the breakfast restaurant.
Oh, the housekeeper folded up our pajamas into a dancing couple ! So lovely ! Warmest stay in our Austrian trip！
Location is between the historical town center and the Danube. Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk in either direction.

Nice hotel with amazing view. Pool was too cold. and no Jaccusi so we didn't get to relax in such cold weather.
Food was delicious but it would be nice if they can change the menu every day. Vegan & vegetarian friendly.
No bathrobs or slippers in the room. we had to ask...
The bathroom was missing amenities such as cotton swabs, body lotion, conditioner.

Awesome stay experience! The hotel has a good location, convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the hygiene is particularly in place, giving people a refreshing and clean feeling. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the washing area is reasonably designed and easy to use. The staff is enthusiastic and proactive, patiently answering various questions, and will also provide practical travel advice. The price is reasonable and the price is super high. It is suitable for short-term travel or long-term stay. It is strongly Amway for everyone!

The location of the hotel is excellent. You can just park your car at the hotel car park and walk around the old town, climb up to the Abbey and also walk around the park. It is just 1 hr away from the Vienna airport so this makes a good place to stay prior flying out.
