We have reserved this hotel using a Bongo check and we have been pleasantly surprised by this new hotel, very conveniently located within a few hundred metres from the Central Train Station in Antwerp, that provides for everything a traveller needs in terms of accommodation and is at the top of technology as it states: it's connected. The staff is very nice and helpful and we really had a great stay. I warmly recommand it. And, as a little bonus, they are very accommodating when it comes to the four paw members of our families.

We had an amazing stay for a night in a superior room at this hotel on a Saturday. Very central location and easy to reach everywhere. Super Clean and new, big bed, great price, pet friendly and very friendly lady on the reception. The hotel is 3 stars but rooms look like 4 stars. Pros: - Super central location not far from station & easy to roam around. - Quick and smooth check in & Check out. - Pet friendly with only 6 euros per night + they gave treats & pot. - Bed is big and firm, albeit can be a bit softer. Comfy pillows. - Super clean room and new facilities. - Wifi is super easy to connect and fast. - Room on the corner had great view on keyserlei & the grand station. - Rooms open with a code, not a key also the entrance down. That's safe. - We had no issues with outside noise at all. - Shower had good water pressure and has a glass door, that's something I like. Cons: - The Nespresso machine in our room didn't work, we had coffee out. - Heavy foots steps from the room above (2 times) irritated my dog a bit and made him nervous. - While at shower, I discovered that the bodywash container is fully empty. I had to go out of shower and use the one on the sink. Plus they pump very weirdly and little. Overall, We had a great stay and I will be back for sure if I am back again in Antwerp. Maybe will give their breakfast also a shot the second time.

The room is very big, one room has a 1.8-meter bed and a sofa bed. The hotel asked me to book a bed for my two-year-old child. There is also a long high table in the room, with two high chairs, a microwave and a sink. The basement is the ah supermarket when you turn left from the lobby. Antwerp Railway Station is across the road. It is more than 20 minutes' drive from the old city, and the map shows that it is 9 minutes by bike. The breakfast is not very rich, but there is a self-service waffle machine.

For the most part the hotel is nice enough, especially for the price. Location is about 10 mins walk from a train station, which is one stop away from Antwerp Central. The staff at check in are friendly and professional. The big cons for us were these two situations; 1) When we got to our room and started settling down, I spotted underwear (previous occupants') which had found its way under one of the furniture in the room. It turned out to be clean but we informed reception on our way out into the city and they quickly apologised and had someone sent to our room to clear that out. - Cleaners could do a better job giving one last check when cleaning rooms between occupants, though I do understand that the days we were there was when the hotel was fully booked. But still. 2) That night, around 11.30pm when we were in our room with the window shut, we started hearing people shouting like hooligans from outside on the street -- so we shouted at them from our room o keep quiet as it was late and shut the window again. Then we started hearing these guys (4 or 5 of them) shout at us to go down and fight them (?) and asking us what our room number was (??). We also saw them trying to count the floors and windows. Obviously we didn't tell them, but we informed reception. About an hour later, there was VERY loud banging on our door and shouting for us to come out, once again we called reception and after a while the shouts stopped. We didn't feel very safe even to go out to the smoking area, so we called reception for some kind of help or assurance (and later on went down to talk to the person at reception at the time (the night reception, named Wim) to which we were told that; - Ppl shouting at us from the street below for our room number to go down to fight, & the people banging on our door to come out and fight was *apparently* not the same ppl. - Ppl banging on our door, was apparently a drunkard banging on everyone's door, and may not even have been a customer of theirs (which is extremely unlikely). - That we shouldn't have shouted back at them to keep quiet, because apparently it was fine to be shouting on the street directly outside the hotel up till 2am. The entire time he didn't apologise for the disturbance or reassure us even once that we would be safe - only said that they could help to call the police if something happened. -- Basically the night reception was really bad, and I was honestly worried for our safety that first night. Wasn't great.

El hotel esta muy céntrico todo queda prácticamente andando, a 4 minutos de la central de trenes de Amberes, justo fuera del hotel esta la estación del autobus Flixbus que lleva y trae del aeropuerto, el centro de la ciudad está a tiro de piedra, justo en la esquina esta una tienda Jumbo con precios accesibles, las habitaciones son pequeñas, cuentan con cafetera e insumos para preparar café, secador de cabello, plancha y tabla de planchar, nos alojamos en la habitación 103 con vista a la opera, el desayuno es muy bueno consta de huevo con tocino, fruta fresca, yogurth, café, té, pan recién horneado, insumos para preparar sandwiches, frutos secos y cereales, ademas se cuenta con opción a preparar waffles, el único inconveniente que durante 6 días solo nos colocaron 1 botella de 500 ml de agua en la habitación y que en el comedor muchas cosas se encuentran colocadas bastante altas y resulta algo incomodo para personas de estatura baja, como sugerencia sería bueno que cuenten con personal que hable español ya que cada vez más las personas que hablamos este idioma visitamos Europa y sería un alago que nuestro idioma se vuelva internacional.

Location out of the city, so not OK if you want to be in the center (not easy by public transport), If you have a car and you want an easy place to access from the ring, then location is perfect. Only minus for me was the Wi-Fi. You have to chose between Free and paying Wi-Fi, but the free Wi-Fi was not even enough to reply my e-mails... Feels a bit like false advertising to say Wi-Fi is included.

Really cool place to stay. My teenage lads loved the vibe. Friendly staff. Free coffee in the lobby area which is full of comfy seating and lots of books to read. Excellent brewery over the road for drinks and food. Short tram ride into centre of Antwerp. Would highly recommend!

The location is close to the station and there are many places to eat nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. There is a hair dryer, iron, coffee pot, etc. in the room, and you can stay comfortably for 3 days.

The view room can see the riverside museum. Very quiet. Suitable for early morning and morning running. Shopping is very convenient. The other aspects of the hotel are normal budget hotels. The rooms are not big. They are clean. Suitable for business trips.

A great hotel. Price/quality was okay. The room was fine and very clean and the bed was fine. The shower was a little less. When you left the mixer on the same position it felt like a ice bath, the second after you were screwed your ball from your back, but fortunately this was well cooled back. The free exchange-bathing arrangement provided the ”working class” wellness experience!

We stayed 1 night on Saturday to Sunday. The location is very good, pal in the centre near the Rombouts tower. The interior didn't talk to us immediately but the reception was warm. The room was clean, but the TV didn't work, there were no coffee/tea facilities and the coats (only 1 per person) did not make much of it, which caused us to have not sleeped well. In addition, you could hear the noise from outside and from other rooms/passports well. We also had trouble with the smell hind from a restaurant nearby. The breakfast with view to the tower fell in the taste, it is a limited buffet with fresh products, but not very extensive but certainly sufficient and with enough stocks that were supplemented in time. Checkout wasn't due to no presence, it's strange to leave.

I will never choose this hotel again. The parking is so small to enter that I accidently damaged my business car entering out. The entrance is very small, steep and low. So only low and small cars fit. Also the handle in the bath tub was rusted and fell of while stepping outside the bath. Never again. Nobody at the reception when needed. Had to call the receptionist who was busy in the back of the hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I take you a point in the cleaning assessment for using a moquette, not because it was dirt or much less, cleaning is deserved a 5 too, but I know it is vital for people with allergies and other impediments with it. Smerig! Het stinkt, trappenhuis is ongelooflijk heet opgestookt en vies. Niet prettig. We kozen voor een appartement 'hotel' omdat je dan een kitchenette hebt met koelkast ed. Er was een ranzige theedoek en een nieuw sponsje en zelfs afwasmiddel, geen wasteiltje of dop, geen afdruiprekje of afwasborstel, geen handdoekje of vaatdoekje. Oh en er waren precies NUL vorken. Gelukkig konden we die via de receptie wel krijgen. Het appartement leek niet of ontzettend slecht schoongemaakt. Direct melding gemaakt dat het appartement vies was. Zucht steun, maar de receptionist kwam zelf wel even stofzuigen. Allemaal goed en wel maar de vloer is zo smerig dat we e niet met blote voeten op durfde. De badkamer is ronduit goor!! Schimmels en vlekken op de muur. De wc pot vloer en wanden waren duidelijk niet gepoetst. Zelfs nadat de volgende dag een schoonmaker extra aan het werk was gezet (waar moet ik schoonmaken?? Waar niet?) Heb ik zelf flink moeten schrobben met de aanwezige spons en de handzeep. Toen was het door van dragelijk maar prettig was het niet. Later maar wat extra handdoeken en een nieuw sponsje gepakt van de schoonmaak ploeg. De schuifdeuren konden nauwelijks open of dicht omdat de rail zo ontzettend smerig was. De lift was onbetrouwbaar, we zaten direct naast het trappenhuis dus gebruikte we alleen de trap. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk maar niet gastvrij, ze leken niet echt op de hoogte van hoe je met gasten omgaat, hoe je moet schoonmaken etc. Er lijkt niet echt een beleid ofzo te zijn. Het is dan eigenlijk ook geen hotel. De kamers zijn gehorig. Locatie is wel prettig dichtbij het centrum. De bedden waren oke, met schoon en heel beddengoed, lijkt me normaal maar dat was gezien de verdere hygiene een meevaller. Op zich ook ruim genoeg, de indeling was niet echt logisch, veel kastruimte al waren de kasten van binnen helaas ook niet schoon. Zonder parkeerplaats zou het erg lastig zijn al zit er dichtbij op het plein wel een parkeer (geen idee van kosten). Lang verhaal kort: Ik zou het 100% afraden om naar Be-Hosting Mechelen te gaan. Gewoon NIET doen! Zonde van je geld, want zó goedkoop was het nou ook weer niet.

I was served by a guy at the front desk / reception and he was friendly and willing to help which made the stay pleasant. Location is about 5-10mins walk to the city centre and there is a convenience store a few minutes away from the hotel. Clean and spacious room and the toilet - there was air-conditioning which is a plus point especially during the summer season. I would pick this hotel again when I am back at Mechelen and Brussels in the future.

感覺是訂錯酒店，朋友説是森林酒店，前台辦理後，找房子房間像穿過了森林，晚上黑燈瞎火的找不到路，酒店算是旅遊酒店，有很多小別墅，邊上有高爾夫球場，商務出差不大推薦

The hotel was not clearly indicated to start with the parking. The underground private parking was slightly underwater. The reception is not accessible 24/7, let's say you always find someone behind it. The lift is very narrow. The rooms are also a special experience, with children's cars and washing machines in the halls, and you're waiting more abroad than in your own country. Super lots of noise, to hit the hairclop doors until after midnight, neighbors that are noisy and respectless also until midnight!!!! You really don't sleep here!!! Not even with ears. The room and bathroom were cleaned with fruit flies. Breakfast is only half and half. Confiture/chocolate taste is not what it should be. The grain flakes are longer than they can, the yoghurt is good in terms of the date of the present day, and all of them were fruit flyers. It was quite good breakfast, coffee and fruit juice were quite good, and charcuterie/cheese was also OK. We're quick happy, but you can get what for your money. You don't have it here. This hotel should be taken a star!! And then I am still mild. No more and no more in their other hotels!
